Ahh, Varna. Bulgaria’s so called maritime capital is the largest city and seaside resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and the country’s third-largest city in general. Historically known as Odessos, Varna grew from a Thracian seaside settlement to become a major seaport on the Black Sea. Recently awarded the title of European Youth Capital, it’s clear that the city has the perfect blend of traditional and modern, intertwined together in one magical place.
You can quickly and effortlessly dive into all that Varna has to offer with the help of our friends from Varna City Card, who we did this project for. This was one of our most dynamic and substantial jobs to date, consisting of a couple days of non-stop shooting and tight schedules, but in the end it was well worth it as we had done our research, seen what had previously been done in terms of video content in the region and presented some fresh ideas and perspectives.
While we can sit here and describe every detail about what you can see and do there, and believe us – the list is long, we work better with images than words, so just sit back, press play and take a peek at what awaits you by our sea!
